Accounts and workspaces
Understand the difference between your personal account and your workspace.
Authoriflow uses workspaces to keep websites and team members organized.
Personal account
Your personal account is your own login. It lets you access the platform and use your own workspace.
Workspace
Your workspace is where your websites live. It is the main place you use to:
- Manage websites
- Invite teammates
- Review marketplace activity
- Track assignments and monitoring
Why workspaces matter
Workspaces help keep things clear when you manage more than one website.
They let you:
- Separate different clients or brands
- Share access with a team
- Keep website settings organized
- Avoid mixing activity from unrelated sites
Team collaboration
If other people help manage the same portfolio, you can invite them into the workspace.
That is useful for:
- Agencies
- In-house marketing teams
- Freelancers working with assistants or clients
Simple rule
One account can participate in one or more workspaces. Each workspace can contain multiple websites.
If you are ever unsure where something belongs, place it in the workspace that owns the website.
